VibeSheet.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private Google Sheets Apps Script projects and code that customers receive immediate access to upon purchase. Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our products, and the honor-system framework under which we operate, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

2. No Refunds

• Immediate Access:

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, you gain instant access to VibeSheet.ai’s Apps Script code and associated project files.

  • Because our products are delivered electronically, we cannot “take back” what has already been distributed.

• Honor System Model:

  • VibeSheet.ai operates on an honor system: customers are entrusted with full access to the scripts and are expected to use them responsibly.

  • To protect against misuse or abuse, we have established a strict no-refund policy.

• Exceptions:

  • We do not make exceptions to this policy. All purchases are considered final.

3. Why No Refunds?

• Digital Product Nature: Once delivered, digital goods cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

• Immediate Availability: Customers receive code and project files immediately upon successful payment.

• Abuse Prevention: A no-refund policy minimizes the potential for fraudulent chargebacks and ensures that all users who access the code do so in good faith.

4. Addressing Concerns

Although we do not offer refunds, we understand that questions or concerns may arise. If you encounter any issues—whether technical, billing-related, or otherwise—please reach out promptly. We are committed to working with you to resolve any problems.
